ASSOCIATION MEETINGS

Annual meetings of the Villages of Twilight HOA will be held in the summer, traditionally in mid- to late-June. The Board of Directors will send an email notice to all members 10-14 days before the meeting is to be held.

BUDGET & FINANCIAL

Budgets are presented at the annual association meeting. Additional copies of the HOA budget are available upon request by emailing the Board of Directors.

COMPLAINTS

Please email all complaints to the Board of Directors at twilightassociation @ gmail.com.

DUES

HOA dues are $110 per month (paid by personal or bank check; no cash, please), to be received by the 5th of each month. Per the bylaws, a $25 late fee will be assessed for dues received after this date. Your dues may be also be paid annually or semi-annually, if preferred. Autopay/bill pay is also likely available through your financial institution, often as a free service.
